On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen with work surfaces made entirely from Carrara marble (fitted with electric combination oven, microwave, American-style side-by-side fridge with ice maker and freezer, dishwasher, slicer, temperature-controlled double wine rack/wine cooler) and a lovely dining room with a fireplace, both with direct access to the garden. On the other side of the house there are three large bedrooms with king size beds and private bathrooms.

On the first floor the villa has a large living room with a fireplace, sofas and satellite TV (Sky Movies, Sky Sports and channels in various languages) and access to the terrace; a fitness room with wall bars, exercise bike and treadmill, and a well-being zone consisting of Finnish sauna with color therapy (for 4 people), multi-sensory shower and a small bathroom with a bathtub. Guests can make use of the laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. On the other side there are three spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom: two bedrooms with double beds and one with two single beds. All the double beds are king size.

All the rooms have separate air conditioning.
